Canada's public broadcaster, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, has made several significant announcements in recent months. It has appointed Ariel Yang as head of digital originals, which includes small-scale dramatic productions. Additionally, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation has published a special report analyzing the recent midterm elections in the United States. Furthermore, the CBC is negotiating with the German government for the acquisition of submarines, with initial orders for eight and potential future orders for an additional four. Defence analysts warn that lowering submarine procurement could impact Canada's influence with manufacturers.
